Atlantis

Atlantis is definitely one of the finest resorts in the world. It has a world-class caliber of location, aquarium, water pools, and slides, beach, marina, casino, and more. It is located in Paradise Island, just across the causeway from Nassau. The large casino is huge, as is the entire resort; it is built on another scale than most resorts. The casino is graced by large statues, as well as glass sculptures of the world-famous glass sculptor, Dale Chihuly. It has multiple pools, with multiple schemes. Some with huge slides. One and Only Resort

Between miles of pristine beach and gardens inspired by the romantic grandeur of Versailles, One & Only Ocean Club is on the eastern end of Paradise Island, a 40-minute drive from the Nassau International Airport. Much of the shooting of the movie, After the Sunset. took place here. Featuring eight Balinese-style private treatment villas with open-air gardens, Ocean Club Spa offers a full range of natural treatments and products. Cove Eleuthera

Reopened with an updated look in 2005, 30 secluded acres set the tone for this relaxing seaside inn (formerly known as Pineapple Cove). A rocky promontory separates two coves: one has a small sandy beach with palapas, lounge chairs, and kayaks, the other is rocky and ideal for snorkeling. The poolside patio is a good place for breakfast or relaxing cocktails. Clustered rooms have ocean views, tile floors, high slanted ceilings, 600-thread-count sheets, and white rattan furnishings. MP3 players are available on request. Take in both the sunrise and the sunset from one of two suites in the Point House; it's built on the promontory with a 180-degree view of the coves and the sea. Small Hope Lodge

Small Hope is an informal holiday resort located on Andros Island, Bahamas that focuses around the central lodge built of coral rock and Andros pine. A friendly home-like atmosphere is created by comfortable couches and throw-pillows. The Lodge houses a dining area, lounge/bar area, game room and reading room. Our unique and relaxed atmosphere makes this not your typical Bahamas hotel.
