Crooked Island Bonefishing The fishing area is in the Bight of Acklins, 15-50 minutes away. Guides Michael, Clinton, and Kenny Scavella fish you from modern, fast flats boats. Most of the extensive creeks and flats are wade-able. Bonefish are the primary target, however occasional shots at permit and tarpon are possible. Both fly-fishing and spin-fishing are effective.
